The air exchange units are VERY noisy!!! They can be heard even between units, so when the one in your own unit is on it is especially hard to sleep.

Our place here is very big and very clean. I wish I had tried here years ago! Very comfortable, clean, spacious. The front desk receptionist (Andrea) was very welcoming. This will be a place I will be staying at in the future for sure!

Good choice

Room and facility overall were modern, clean and well maintained. Beds comfortable. Kitchen area in the room is a big plus for those who prefer to eat in. Staff was pleasant. Included breakfast was the usual limited selection of low quality foods found in most of these affordable travel hotels.

Great modern hotel in Hagerstown

Very nice, new hotel! The rooms were really spacious and spotless. Bathrooms were warm which was nice on a cold chilly night. Didn't eat breakfast but looked like lots of options, not just cereal and yogurt ha. Safe area with several restaurants and a supermarket very close.
