We got a service charge at the beginning, I never understood it as no housekeeping comes unless you call for it. We didn't use any so this should be returned. "It was a nice and short stay. I read a lot of reviews before deciding to stay at Bonnie Castle. The reviews were accurate. The staff is friendly. The place is very outdated. My room was very clean but the balcony was small and uncomfortable. I went down to the pool. The smell of "chloramine" (chlorine mixed with urine and sweat) was astounding. The smell burned my eyes. We did not use the pool while we were there but it clearly needed to be fully cleaned."
