We had a lovely stay. While the property is undergoing renovation, the room was lovely. Bed was comfortable and bathroom beautifully renovated. The hotel is historic built in 1894. Renovation will include completion of the hotel pub. Will definitely return to see the finished project.

Stay was great was in town for a wedding at Sally Port View at 3 mile bay. Disappointed no Ubers in the area for transportation back and forth from wedding. Made coffee in the room and all the creamers were spoiled and curdled 3 cups of coffee but overall beautiful place and great scenery. Definitely will be back

We really loved the fresh cut flowers everywhere, smelled amazing. Loved the four post bed. The restaurant next door was closed for the weekend that we were there and that was unfortunate, but there was a brewery within walking distance. Great location with an amazing view of the cape just a short walk away. If we decide to come back, we will be staying here. I just hope the bar/restaurant in the hotel is able to open someday.

The rooms are very large and the new owner is friendly and accommodating. We had 2 queen beds with alot of space. we would stay again.

The rooms are very nice! No one is there at check in but they are very responsive to any questions you have. There are a few places to eat around the hotel and a brewery (it closes at 9PM for food). It is a beautiful hotel. Would've been nice if the bar and restaurant was open, the price of the room would've been worth it if it was.

Conveniently located near Clayton and Alexandria Bay. Parking could be better marked, especially for late arrivals. The space was clean, though the plastic mattress protectors, while hygienic, were uncomfortable. The towels were excellent. The area was quiet, with a short walk to the waterfront and a handy market across the street. A brewery is also within walking distance. The coffee was good, and the real mugs were a nice touch.

Just a short distance from the St. Lawrence River, so we were able to walk down the street and see a freighter passing by. Unusual stay that we never saw anyone while we were there. Received a text telling us our room number and that the key was in the door. Very old building but the owners have done a good job updating the bathroom with modern shower.

A beautiful historic property. Unfortunately the service did not meet standards. The restaurant and bar was closed and desolate, despite the listing and hours on google stating it was open. The key being left in the door with the room number attached scared me at first as I’ve lived in the city my whole life, but I guess the property and town were safe enough for this to pass. Great location, walkable, and a beautiful area!

The property was in excellent condition. The room was very clean and quiet. A little mistake on my part relative to selecting the right room was quickly rectified by management to everyone's satisfaction. The only negative was the bathroom sink was missing a stopper handle but it only minorly impacted my Sunday morning shaving.

It was quaint and comfortable. The manager was very accommodating. Chocolate left on our “pillow”. Lovely touch. We could hear other visitors through the walls even though they were talking in a normal voice. Pillows were uncomfortable- plastic cover under pillow case.

If you're looking for a boutique hotel that's quirky in an amazing way this is your place. It is under new ownership and the restaurant and bar will be opening up within the next couple off weeks/month or so from what i understand. Upgrades and refinishing being completed continuously. I was able to meet the owners and they are truly wonderful people with a great future ahead of them with this business venture. The area was quaint and quiet but very short drive to clayton and alexandria bay where all the excitement is. I would never stay anywhere else if i came to the area again. Cannot wait until everything is up and running and can see for myself how truly successful this place has become! Thank you for sharing your space and your story with us.

My friends and I just had the most incredible weekend stay at The Roxy Hotel. Character meets extraordinary comfort as you will sleep sound as a pound in this safe, beautiful town with shops walking distance and the best little coffeehouse/bakery. We had top notch customer care. Upgrades. We will definitely spread the word and be back next year! Two solid thumbs up.
