"If you are going to an event downtown, the location is perfect. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance. Breakfast was very good. Staff is great. The rooms could use a refresh. Did not use the pool as the water was a toxic green colour. The wifi did not work at all for our entire stay. Staff were more than helpful trying to resolve and did provide me with a credit which was appreciated. "

"Enjoyed our two night stay over the weekend. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff were very friendly and kindly helped us with all questions we had. We were able to walk to nearby restaurants and used the metro line to get to the FC soccer game (the metro is free with game ticket purchase there and back). I would recommend this hotel and would stay again if I return to Phoenix."

"I did not use the bar, so no opinion there. I felt a little misled by the free breakfast, instead finding that meant they allot $15 for your purchase at their counter. That being said though, the staff at the counter were great. The food was large portions and very tasty.the art display everywhere was inspiring."
