Very cute and unique cabana, the location is very close to ASU you have a decent selection of cafes, bars and restaurants within walking or driving distance. Cleanliness of the property and the room itself was great, I’d definitely stay here again in the future. Make sure to reach out to host for check in instructions so there are no issues. The host was easy to work with and communication was great.

While it is a beautiful property, clean and comfy, I don’t appreciate being charged a mandatory cleaning fee without being told upfront. I was only told about this fee during check in and after the time I could have canceled this booking. This made the room far more expensive than I want to pay. I feel it was predatory and poor business practice to blindside a customer with fees like that. I will it be recommending this property and won’t stay again.

Clean little poolside studio

Good clean little poolside studio. Would stay again. The complex looks like it would exist in the 70’s but with a modern twist. Lots to do in the area

the consummate cabana

The cabana is quaint and spacious. Perfect for myself, or even if my wife were to be with me. They were quickly responsive and very helpful in answering my questions.

The room was clean, but no windows at all in the room, which wasn't pleasant. No on-site parking, so plan ahead. Room didn't have adequate storage space for taking clothes out of suitcase.

DONT BOOK THIS HOTEL. Absolutely horrible experience. The property didn’t send me the entry details. I had to stay over an hour outside on the side of the street. I booked another hotel to stay at, and the hotel didn’t give me a refund. This place is a disgrace to the hotel business, and I am truely puzzled by hotels.com ability to keep them on the platform. DONT BOOK THIS PLACE.

The room had everything I needed. I liked that I could just walk out the door and be right at the pool. The bathroom / shower was spacious. Loved having a full refrigerator / freezer. Bed was comfortable. I could easily walk to some of my favorite cafes, bars, and restaurants in the Roosevelt Arts District. The host was very responsive and made sure I was happy and comfortable.
