"The only reason I rated facilities as good is I had a lot of internet problems the first 3 days until they called the tech and he came in and got it up. I wish I knew the name of the young man who worked there but I don't as he did not speak English and I don't speak Spanish, but he was absolutely the best. He was always smiling and helpful. The entire staff was exceptional. Breakfast was good. Would return there without hesitation. Property is safe and secure. Room was very large and was on...

"I like to walk and it was a little out of the way for Calle Larga or Park Calderón, but I did get to check out the little plaza near by that had a great set of restaurants and a museum of modern art. I did walk around a lot and it did not bother me much, however some people might just take a taxi to other places. "

"This is a hidden jewel in colonial Cuenca. Clean and comfortable room, wonderful and helpful staff and a location that is close to shops, restaurants and the famous Cuenca Cathedral."
"Paper thin walls would be considered flattering. Mostly just windows with drapes that show the main breakfast area. You can hear EVERyTHINg. Small room. Pricey. Loud."
"The hotel was well situated and easy to get to. Walking distance to many activities, shops churches and museums etc Room was nice and clean each time we returned from our outings. The only inconvenience was not being able to go out early for church service as the hotel was closed until 7.30am. A Comfortable stay in beautiful city that Cuenca turned out to be. "
