"We were 2 family of 3 with 2 different rooms. both room phones never worked from day 1 and never fixed in our 3 days stay even with multiple request in lobby, Anytime we needed something missing , had to walk long way to reach lobby, and they may or may not send to room as they know you will fed up. i guess that was a systematic issue to have reduced staff and casing ZERO room service. i am sure , it is something that not going to be fixed"

"Outstanding stay. This is a spectacular hotel in one of the most interesting and historic districts of the city, the Kasbah. Rooms are beautiful and spacious, beds are very comfortable. The staff is lovely and the bar is very cosy. The hotel's feels more like a place for travellers rather than tourists - a very interesting mix of people. We would gladly stay again."

They were always willing to assist us with anything we needed and answered all our questions with genuine warmth and hospitality. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the common areas had a special charm that beautifully reflects the spirit of Morocco. "A stunningly beautiful boutique hotel where the attention to detail is sublime From the communal areas, to the calm and tranquil bedrooms, to the pool area and beautifully manicured gardens, Dar Sofil is straight from the pages of Architectural Digest. Every single person we spoke to and interacted with at Dar Sofil was helpful and kind, always ensuring that we felt at home and had all we required during our stay. Breakfasts were plentiful and my dietary requirements were fully catered for. The evening menu is a great blend of western and moroccan food and whilst the menu is reasonably small we never felt the need to eat anywhere other than Dat Sofil during our stay. Trips to the Medina were by private car for 20 euros return and enabled city tours and visits before returning to the calm of Dar Sofil. A special thanks to Mohammed and Mehdi, we look forward to seeing you during our next stay. "
