"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "This is a very unique hotel, it has a real 70s vibe however, don't get me wrong it also has a real charm. From the elevator down to the beach, to the tropical plants, to the hand paintings to the live music at night. Very quaint. Dinners and breakfasts were good as well. I did find they didn't speak much English and catered more to older German clients. Oh and it does have a nice view of Stromboli at night "

"I fell in love with Tropea so much that I want to go there every six months. The hotel was lovely. The staff was friendly. Very clean rooms. The view where we ate breakfast was absolutely gorgeous. The Sea was beneath us if you sit in the balcony area and if you sit in the dining area, you could just see the Sea. Food was delicious. The beach was amazing warm and wonderful restaurants delicious and the prices of the food in the restaurant was absolutely affordable!!! Happy hours were the best...
