"WOW! What an amazing property and experience. Our beach vacation was in the middle of winter, but this home made it feel special and cozy. The view is beautiful, and the home and host absolutely nailed the details. Heated floors, a gas fireplace, comfortable beds with great bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, and we loved the decor throughout. The layout is perfect for bringing family or friends together, while still offering plenty of space to spread out when you need it. The host was thoughtful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We already want to return in the summer to take full advantage of the deck. Thank you for a wonderful stay."

"Gorgeous little place! Lovely clean rooms with great facilities, breakfast and breakfast choice, lovely hosts and a lovely experience! The walk to brixham harbour is super easy from this location and the parking included is awesome! Thank you so much again for such an amazing weekend! :)"

"Really wonderful stay at the Spinney! Would definitely recommend. We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children and there was plenty of space to accommodate us all. Stunning views, lovely hot tub, well equipped kitchen, plenty of bathrooms and spacious living and bedrooms. Ideal location close to Brixham, Totnes and Paignton. Ideal for a larger group trip to Devon! "

" We really enjoyed this quirky cottage. despite its age it was clean, cosy, and spacious. Appreciated the historical notes. Very interesting. Talking to neighbour Lance was also fascinating as he carefully renovates next door in keeping with the Grade II listing.
Ideal for special celebrations. Kitchen well-equipped. The fire already laid up. However, surprised that other basics seemed to be overlooked*.All nearby NT locations well worth a visit. We were lucky with the weather. Thank you!
*Thanks for the pint of milk on arrival. The jars for initial tea/coffee/washing machine tablets etc were empty; no washing up liquid or spare rubbish bags etc. These and specific instructions for house (rather than generic holiday company sheets)/manuals/recycling arrangements would have been helpful. The local comments need a little updating. The dining chairs need checking - many are wobbly and may need re-glueing."
