A real B&B gem.

Very nice B&B, lovingly designed down to the last detail. You can tell that the hosts Martin and Jo run this B&B with a lot of dedication. We were warmly welcomed and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The breakfast was also really great.

Great find in Paignton

Jo and Martin run a very efficient and friendly business. The B&B is in a great location and the availability of off street parking is a bonus. Lots of choices for breakfast and Jo provided tourist advice which was very useful.

Fantastic Guesthouse.

Fantastic Guesthouse. Jo was very welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. We didn't have the breakfast, but it smelt amazing when we walked down the stairs. Its very well located for the pier, bars and High St. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if we return to Paignton.

Lovely stay, very hospitable hosts. Just a shame we had room 4, on suite very small bit of a struggle for my husband with mobility issues, otherwise room really nice. Location brilliant. Parking permit a bonus. Breakfast lovely, but perhaps a few pastries for those of us that have a sweet tooth. 😋 Would definitely stay again.

Excellent guest house

Made to feel really welcome. Tried lots of breakfast items, all very fresh and tasty. Stayed in the family room. Had tea and coffee drinking facilities and toiletries. Jo was very helpful and told us about local shopping snd restaurants.

Wondeful weekend

Lovely stay this weekend, Jo and Martin were such wonderful hosts. They've thought of everything. We stayed with our 2 children in room 4, which is perfect for families. The children loved having bunk beds just off from our room. Breakfast each morning was delicious. Parking is literally a small walk and fee. Paignton and Torquay are lovely to explore.

Great nights stay with fab brekkie

Stayed here for a last minute weekend break away for my husband's birthday and had a lovely time. When we arrived we were greeted by Martin who went through all the details, breakfast and parking arrangements which are literally just around the corner. The whole guest house is immaculately clean and very well presented, my daughter especially loved the little teddies on her bed. At breakfast we met Jo who also is very nice, nothing was too much trouble and the full English brekkie was fab. Will definitely try to book with them next time were down that way.

Lovely B&B in Paignton

We had a lovely stay in family room. Spotlessly clean. Jo & Martin were very welcoming & helpful , nothing was too much trouble.There were Dvds/Books available for the kids to borrow. Tea/coffee & biscuits in the room. Breakfast was lovely, with plenty of choice, including fresh fruit ,cereals, full cooked breakfast options. Very close to the town & seafront, both only few minutes walk .We definitely hope to return soon, & would recommend this lovely guesthouse. .
