"Great location and great room."

"First let's start with the property. Gorgeous, spacious, so well maintained it looks as if they completed renovations just yesterday. The room was also beautiful, the bathroom was modern, clean and perfect, no notes. The proximity to the town was great and yet it was so quiet. The view was spectacular!! We have stayed in many places such as this and Paolo was amazing, absolutely rates at the top. Paolo was easy to communicate and quick to respond. If I were coming back to Riomaggiore I would not look anywhere else. If you have made it to the end of this review and not booked it already.... Thank You again Paolo. "

"Great location! Bedroom is up second floor via ladder type steps. Needs railing. Bathroom is on bottom floor. Needs rough tape on shower floor to avoid slipping. Nice terrace on both floors. Tight steps up to rental. But easier with carry on luggage. Take train to other 4 cities and take ferry back to Rio. Beautiful! Would rent this place again."

"Lovely room in Riomaggiore with great access to town, the train, and the Via della Amore. Our property host was very helpful with local recommendations and with getting our Cinque Terre passes. The room and balcony were more than enough and the view of the town was delightful. "

"This was a great location in Riomaggiore. There was a unique way to get to it but someone met us at the train station and helped us get to our room. For seniors it has a lot of steep stairs and alleyway. Not sure I would stay again because of that. The staff were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there. Restaurant close by was good also."

"Very comfortable stay in the quieter area of Riomaggiore. Uphill walk to the hotel but most of Cinque Terre is uphill. Air conditioning. Wifi."

"It would be nice to have more coffee each day. Property was in a nice peaceful part of town above the busy tourist area. Owners would be well served to do something about an extremely slick shower base. Very nice stay with really sweet and helpful staff."

"Nice Beach View"

"The property is exactly as advertised. 4 floors with one room per floor and a tiny spiral staircase. Very charming. Two balconies overlook the gulf. One in the sun and one in the shade. Two considerations: the beds are very short. If you are over 5-11, you will not fit. The staircase is super narrow. Our backpacks were a great fit, but a suitcase could not make it. If you are a broad shouldered man, you have to turn sideways. The location is fantastic. Great access to the main part of town, gulf views and RIGHT ON the Cinque Terre trail. A great stay."
