"Location and room nice. Need to consider installing a lift, it is difficult to drag my suitcase up and down three flights of steep stairs. Also give a person enough time to do the auto check in procedure, not 3 hours before check in while I am in transit on the train travelling to Cinque Terre."

"We absolutely loved it—thank you to Paulo for being such an amazing host! His passion for the villages and the wine made for a fantastic start to our trip. Just a heads-up for future visitors: be prepared to walk, including quite a few stairs. It was perfect for us, but others might want to know that you’ll likely need to carry your luggage up a few sets of steaks at times. Thank you for a beautiful stay! "
"Veronika, our hostess, was amazing. Already before we arrived, she contacted us to coordinate our arrival and make sure everything would go smoothly. It was raining heavily the day we arrived, but she was waiting in the pouring rain for us. She showed us our parking spot, then had someone take our luggage down to the loft, and then she guided us there. The loft is beautiful and modern, with a jacuzzi and a sauna! In Riomaggiore, very conveniently located, and with nice views of the town. The bed is comfortable. And Veronika was the most amazing and helpful host we have ever had in our travels, no exaggeration. She helped us plan our stay in Cinque Terre, recommended restaurants, and even booked for us the one we wanted to go to in the evening. And the next morning, the breakfast was divine! Anything we wanted, crepes, fresh fruit, bruschetta, eggs, you name it, she made it for us, and it was all delicious. Overall, one of the best stays ever."
