A nice place to stay.
The location of the hotel is a bit of a hideaway. The place itself is peaceful and clean. The staff are helpful and friendly.

Great in many ways except for the monkeys!!
Had a detached bungalow, large bedroom and bathroom. Quick check in. Parked car right outside the room. Big bathtub but no water pressure so it took about 45 minutes to run the bath. But at least the water was warm. Breakfast was very Thai style. Very basic international food and the coffee was thick strong and full of grounds. Undrinkable so we bought a cappuccino from the coffee shop which was tasty. Biggest complaint were the monkeys on the roof all through the night! So noisy and scary - we thought they were trying to break into the room or break the car up. It was so bad we decided to cancel our stay in the new year. Shame because the room was lovely

The rooms are clean and the air con is powerful so the room gets cold. Didn't spend much time at the resort but a lot of places to eat close by and the resort pool and all looked good

Cheap and nasty
The staff were good but let down by poor management and the lack of maintenance. They should close down for few days and do repair work and paint the woodwork The rooms are drab, dark and dinghy. I would not recommend this hotel.

Piece of paradise!
Our second time staying here, absolutely fabulous resort. Great pool, great restaurant, great service. Highly recommend. They also have free bikes to use to explore the area. About 1.5km from chumpon rail station.

We were only there for about 14 hours, most of which we spent sleeping. But the room was clean and well supplied, the on-site restaurant was very good, the grounds were pretty and the staff was very helpful. All for an amazingly low price!

Perfect.
This place is absolutely perfect. The service was amazing, the room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The pool is really nice. Just what we needed after a long dusty train journey. Even arranged a taxi service and ferry tickets for us to visit Koh Tao.

Lovely stay
Reception ladies were lovely - service was great. We had breakfast which includes toast, fruit and a few thai options. Room itself was very big with a balcony. Plenty of space for luggage. Location is a little out of town but would stay again.

Nice clean rooms and a great coffee shop. We stopped by one night during our road trip to Tam Nung waterfall. You must have your own transportation if you are planning to stay in this hotel.

Really good place to staying.
Hotel a little out of centre which suited us. 100 Baht tuk tuk ride for two plus luggage. Hotel very spacious and didn't give the feeling of having so many rooms and bungalows. Never got disturbed by anyone. Rooms very spacious and peaceful, well equipped comfortable and wifi worked very well. Swimming pool great, resturant excellent and not expensive as one would think for a place just out of the centre. Free bikes but they are a bit wobbly!

Just overnight to get boat to Koh Tao. Arrived late but restaurant still open. Staff was very helpful and arranged our transportation to ferry terminal.

Huge room, helpful staff, great quality food in onsite restaurant at very good price, coffee shop, great brekkie...if not include is only 90 baht for American style. Swimming pool is nice way to start or end your day. Highly recommend :-)

Nice stay
Nice big rooms, clean swimming pool. Cheap and good breakfast. Friendly staff. Quiet area but only 15 minutes walk to chumphon center. They also have free bicycle for use. Very good value for money, recommended.

Quiet hotel
A little out of town. Very large, clean room. We had a delicious evening meal but the breakfast buffet although extensive wasn't as high a quality. Smiley, helpful staff. Overall a good choice for an overnight on the way to or from Koh Tao.

Wir waren vor 5 Jahren schon einmal für einen Kurzaufenthalt im Chalicha Resort und haben dieses Mal einen Stopover in Erinnerung an tolle Zeiten dort gemacht. Für uns war es super. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig mit genügend Ablagefläche und ein großes Bad. Alles war sauber und hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Jederzeit wieder und gerne auch mal länger.
