"The location of this property is absolutely amazing! The inside was clean and spacious and I was in love with the decor (especially in the kitchen)! We had our dogs with us also and there was plenty of room in the yard for them to run around. When we were there the upstairs was vacant so I’m not sure how it would be with upstairs neighbors but it’s very private so I’m certain it would be just as quiet and charming. Also the neighborhood is very quiet and safe…you forget you’re still in Anchorage. It’s only a 5-10 minute drive from shopping and all of the restaurants. I definitely recommend this property!"

"The home was spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully set up. The beds were comfortable, which mattered more than we can say after long days at the hospital. Our host went above and beyond with extra touches we didn't expect, and every detail made us feel cared for rather than just accommodated. Communication was quick, kind, and genuinely compassionate. It was clear our host understood what we were going through and did everything possible to make our stay easier. If you need a comfortable, welcoming place to stay, especially while supporting family nearby, we can't recommend this rental highly enough. Thank you for your generosity and kindness."

"This was a really nice place to stay. Josi was great and it was very clean. I would stay here again. There were several small repairs needed but they weren't really a big deal. She offered to have someone come and do one of the repairs while we were there, but we didn't feel like we wanted to worry about the interruption. I'd probably give it a 4.6, but there's just some regular maintenance that needs to happen. She'll probably take care of it over the winter so still very much recommend this as a great place to stay. Nice neighborhood and very easy access to the freeway."
