If I could, I would give them 10 stars. I missed my flight and couldn’t make it for the first two nights of my prepaid stay. The front desk team, especially Ms. Loan, worked tirelessly with Expedia to ensure my mom (who arrived earlier) could check in safely with my cousin on my behalf. That alone speaks volumes. When I finally arrived, I was greeted by my first name, and the customer service was outstanding from the very start. I’m not sure why a guest complained about the staff not speaking English—I understood them perfectly. I switched to Vietnamese simply because I wanted to embrace the warmth of my native language. My room was spotless, and the service everywhere was genuinely impressive—from housekeeping to the entire kitchen team on the 5th floor during the breakfast buffet. I also saw a complaint about the hotel not having a nail or hair spa on site. Is it that big of a deal? This city is full of them—including one directly across the street. Next time, just ask. I loved it so much that I ended up extending my stay. In a city full of hotels, Rex should be number one on your list."
