It is a basic affirdable motel unit.. suits one couple. No extra cutlery nir crockery, just 2. Ni kitchen facilities... but we jnew this before we bookef. Extensive Sky channels. No traffic noise. Exceptionally friendly and obliging operator/reception (Annie).

It is on a busy intersection so noisy at peak hour but ok after those times. Need to walk a fair way to get something to eat.

We travelled with a 96 yr old. They changed our unit to suit, held a 2nd unit in case needed, received wheelchair nd toilet seat raiser nd delivered to our unit ready for our arrival. Although a later checkin we were greeted to ensure the unit would be suitable. Everything was clean and in working order. All requests by us were cheerfully and promptly met. We will not hesitate to stay again.

You get what you pay for here. Cheap and cheerful with no frills. Bed comfy. Do suggest taking own tea and coffee as ones provided are not nice. I am not fussy but couldnt drink the tea!

Hosts were nice and accommodating. Stayed 4 days and room faced right onto entry of driveway so had no respite from traffic noise. New pillows needed. Very clean.

Convenient location, did not hear neighbors except when they were outside. Simple checkin/checkout. No way to stream anything apart from a few Sky channels. Decent amenities.

It is difficult to be critical as the people are lovely and the room spotlessly clean but you do feel as though you are sleeping on a motorway as the traffic noise is terrible. I couldn't stay there again for this very reason. The noise is relentless.

Its location is great for us, staff are friendly and polite. will be staying again in 2023, the only thing I would recommend is getting Google Chromecast for rooms.
