"Nice spa, nice renovations, shame the steam room wasn't working. The mens showers were cold. But other than that this was a nice hotel experience. The bedroom was a little small but well kept. The bar area and restaurant was well appointed and you can see nice refurbishment work had happened. The breakfast was excellent and worth the money. The location was quite good to access town with a short walk."

"I had kids with me so ending up cooking as local M&S is a 5 min walk. Maybe just a small one required and then utensil wise would be perfect. "

"Great location in the heart of Salisbury. An historic old inn where you could stay in the room which Lord Nelson once stayed in. Full buffet breakfast with eggs cooked to order, disappointed y the fact that they only offer drip coffee. No mini bar in the rooms, only body wash was supplied in the way of toiletries and no complimentary water in the rooms meant only 3.5 rating. "

"Rooms were clean, all were good. Just the lights were all pointing down and made look room dim(As I had an autistic kid scared of light, she always want bright rooms) also one of the bedside light wasn't working."

"Easy to find, easy to park and always a warm friendly welcome. Room has everything I need, having a fridge is particularly good. No disturbance from busy main road, Indian restaurant next door is excellent. I stay here every 6-8 weeks for work, always relaxing."
