Staff are very polite and helpful. Very nice hotel, Hard walk in snow with luggage from Chitose train station to the hotel but that’s winter in Japan. Room is small but adequate. Hotel Onsen is also small but clean and refreshing. Not bad place to stay.

Comfortable stay over before a flight. Close to cafes, parks and shops. Safe area to walk around. The onsen bath was fantastic. Warmed the bones after being out in -17 C. Staff were friendly and helpful. Shuttle bus to airport was hassle free

Our getaway in Jozenkei, Hokkaido was such a memorable escape. We stayed at the stunning Grand Blissen Onsen Hotel and everything was just perfect—from the serene onsen views to the warm hospitality. The dinner degustation to breakfast selection was amazing.
