Secluded onsen on Lake Shikotsu with very helpful staff. Delicious breakfast buffet and also had the set dinner feast with traditional and seasonal food. Enjoyed room with gorgeous view of lake- watched the sunrise over snowy slopes while in outdoor bath. Spectacular!

建物の古さは感じましたが秘湯に相応しい雰囲気でした。食事も、お目当ての温泉もすごく良かったです。支笏湖に繋がる露天風呂はまさしく野趣あふれ、他にはない温泉です。やはり山の中、湖の間近なので夏は虫が、、、それも含めて自然を満喫できました。

札幌から近い秘湯

温泉の泉質はかけ流しでとても良いです。 貸切風呂にも入ってみましたが、露天風呂の湯が熱くてゆっくり入れませんでした。 湖側の和洋室だったので窓から支笏湖や山々が望め素晴らしい景観。客室は広く清掃が行き届いており快適です。ロビーは改装中で12月中には完成の予定との事。食事は豪華ではありませんが、手作り感があり全て美味しくいただきました。従業員の対応がどなたも親切でホスピタリティが高く気持ちの良いものでした。

温泉は満足できるが、、

日帰り温泉の利用経験から宿泊してみました。 温泉の日帰り利用はそれなりに混雑しますが、宿泊者利用時間帯は混雑する事も無くゆったりと温泉を満喫する事ができました。 宿泊料金が高い割には従業員のサービスはあまり良くありませんでした。夕食会場でのサービスは良かったですが、夜間の警備の方の対応には疑問を感じました。
