"We had a lovely time here. Pub is so lovely and the hotel is comfortable and clean. All staff are attentive and so polite. Nothing is too much bother. The only thing I will say is the wi-fi signal in the hotel which is to the rear of the pub in a separate building is really bad. They maybe could do with a booster box to get better signal. Once in the pub it’s perfect. Also the phone signal isn’t great either, but that’s not the hotels fault. We had a lovely comfortable stay. Thanks guys. Also big thanks to the lady on reception Saturday evening who gave me a plaster for a blister that had popped on my toe. Thank you very much ! From Carla and Ken room 12 xx"

"Authentic to its age yet well appointed and maintained to contemporary standards. The room, facilities and grounds are extremely well maintained. All staff interaction was professional, yet personable. Special mention for Kevin and his crew in the restaurant where food and service was much appreciated as we celebrated a 70th birthday with a meal."

"My favorite place I’ve stayed out of all my vacations! It was matical! Very clean, and beautiful craftsmanship. The property was private and relaxing, check in was simple and easy, and the stay as a whole was beautiful and peaceful. Want to come back to England just to stay here again."

"Our family of 5 adults, 2 children and our cockapoo stayed at Spring Cottage for 2 nights. The house is delightful with low beams and ceilings and nicely furnished. Communication with Loraine was excellent. Lovely enclosed garden. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend. "
