Downstairs you will be welcomed by the characterful spaces. The cottage offers a lovely farmhouse-style kitchen with an Aga and well stocked with all the basics you need to cook up a storm - whether that’s a family cooking night or a big breakfast to fuel you for a busy day of exploring the local area!
A cosy living room with substantial fireplace, comfortable sofas and a smart TV is perfect if you’re planning a film marathon or just reading a great book in front of the fire. We also have a second `snug` area, a great space if the adults want the living rooms to themselves!
We also have a beautiful library, with a desk looking out over the gardens if you need to tuck yourself away for some peace and quiet or need inspiration for a creative project.
Upstairs you’ll find our stunning 4 bedrooms, perfect for switching off and getting some well-deserved rest! Our home boasts one super-king room, a king, a single room and a twin bedroom, making this the ideal home for all groups, family or friends!
Outside in the garden, you`ll find the perfect haven if you are hoping for a few competitive games or a delicious dinner outside, soaking up the sun and enjoying a well-needed catch up.
Nestled in the heart of the picturesque Cotswolds, Well Cottage is located in the charming hamlet of Ledwell, just a short 15-minute drive from the historic market town of Chipping Norton.
Surrounded by rolling hills, scenic footpaths, and honey-stone villages, the area offers a peaceful countryside retreat. Enjoy local pubs, antique shops, and traditional tearooms nearby, or explore the attractions such as Blenheim Palace, Soho Farmhouse, and Oxford - all within easy reach!
Pet Policy:
We welcome well-behaved pets to stay with you! A charge of £35 per pet applies to cover additional cleaning and maintenance. Please inform us in advance if you are bringing a pet. Pets must be kept off furniture, not left unattended, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them to ensure a comfortable stay for all guests.

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
