"Nice staff. thank you. Welcoming reception. Good room as we chose the family one, and it was two bedrooms which were nice enough (fairly simple) separated by a lounge and kitchen. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. The Lounge and Kitchen were oddly bare (nothing in them at all apart from Dining table and some chairs) so not exactly useable, but we appreciated the space all the same. Convenient location, down fairly quiet side street. Nice pool. Thought it was good value for what we got."

"Highly recommended for a villa stay, especially for a group of 7 people! The villa is spacious, comfortable, and perfect for a family getaway. The complimentary food at the Grand Club Happy Hour was superb, and the breakfast at Malabar Restaurant was excellent. The pool access, along with various indoor and outdoor activities, made our stay even more enjoyable. The kids and the entire family had a wonderful time, creating lots of happy and unforgettable memories. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would definitely recommend it to families looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!"

"We reached the hotel around 10 AM. Although the standard check-in time of hotel is 2 PM, the manager did not allow us to check in early. I understand that early check-in may depend on room availability and can involve an additional charge, but the communication could have been more visitor-friendly. Overall, the room was good and comfortable. The biggest advantage is the perfect location on Princess Street, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and the Fort Kochi area on foot. With a little improvement in the early check-in experience and guest communication, this could be a much better stay."

"A beautiful heritage building type of Hotel. Located in an almost European street with lots of attractions nearby. Extremely well kept. Hospitality was excellent, as expected. Wide variety of food. Service was done leisurely. Bonds well if you are on a leisure holiday but not if you are in a hurry to eat. As we could make out, food was quite fresh. Pleasant staff. Helpful attitude. On checking in we realised that it’s part of the same group which owns Kumarakom Lake Resort which was our next destination. Overall a pleasant experience."
