"Charged us for a deluxe room and gave us a room 2/3 the size no curtains, no room safe, noisy and not cleaned properly - still half full drink bottles from previous tenant. Several years ago it was well run, not any more. L"

"Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people. The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using. Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links. "
