"This house has really impressed my family. It’s clean. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. It feels like a high end hotel. The supplies are plenty. Kitchen wears are very nice. The most impressive part is the backyard. It’s beautiful and has everything. I can just sit there the whole day. Communication is on time and helpful!Thank you!"

"3 families w kids had the pleasure of staying 1 week in Sherry’s house.Great communication and quick response from the very first minute of booking until the end of our stay. Location: super! Quiet and on the canal. Soccer pitch and nice run path right outside the house. 8 mins to Larkspur ferry terminal (we used the ferry to/from San Francisco. Excellent road cycling in Marin. Close to Hiking trails around Mount Tam. Stinson beach 35 min awayWe used the house as a base for exploring the area and beyond (Yosemite) and the only thing we kind of regret was not spending a couple of days more…just to hang around the house, chill by the pool, read a book in the lounge area. We did have time for barbecues and had most meals outdoors. Super cosy to sit at the very tip of the house Peninsula around the gas fire pit in the evenings. And again I would point out how quiet it was when sitting there.Sherry answered our Q’s and was quick to replace things that didn’t work (Like a leaking air mattress)We spent 3 weeks travelling the PCH and this house was the only one we had for a week and we’ll easily come back again.Thank you Sherry"

"It was a lovely stay. Great hosts. I’m not sure that the listing is entirely clear…it is an 2nd floor apartment created within the historic Edwardian home. The unit was modern, spacious, comfortable, and clean. There is one closed bedroom, one bathroom, a kitchen/living area where there is a lofted twin bed. The owners are in the process of making improvements (new locked gate, window repairs needed), so if you’re ok with using AC and not windows, the stay is comfortable. The outside of the home could use some clean-up (stored cars and other items). However, that did not entirely take away from the experience, and I know the owners (also busy parents of 4!) intend to address that. Perks: beautiful view of San Rafael and the inner bay, nice shower and amenities, bidet, great kitchen to cook in! Good value…would stay again!"

"The house itself is worth a perfect review but the host made our stay just that much better. We were back in my hometown for bittersweet reasons, but we were welcomed warmly and had everything we needed without having to ask a single question. The property itself is warm and inviting with beautiful appointments and greats views. Just lovely, all around"
