"We have stayed at Embassy Suites in Marin quite a few times. The breakfast is the best & a big reason we like it. Good location, clean rooms etc. Only one thing really & that is the lighting design is not well thought out. Odd switch locations & a light over the table that was not a good idea. Otherwise we like it very much & will stay there again I'm sure."
"We had such a great experience staying here! Chamin was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She let us check in early and didn’t rush us at checkout, which made our trip so much smoother. The home itself is adorable, spotless, and very well stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location is perfect — easy to find, close to everything, yet quiet and peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!"
"My mother and son stayed there after a medical procedure. The house was in a beautiful neighborhood, the patio and landscaping was very serene. The owner was pleasant, unfortunately the same can not be said about the property management company. The shower did not drain so you were left showering while standing in dirty water. Shower head leaked water after turning faucet off. They were to drop off draino but never did. It was nice having a washer and dryer but they may be on their last leg. Very loud and took over 2 hours to dry 3 towels. The floor on main level is uneven so if you have vertigo or equilibrium is sensitive this may bother you. As mentioned, driveway is steep, make sure your car is a suv/ has a higher clearance as the car they rented was too low and the driveway would scrape the bottom of the car. Because my son had surgery, we were washing the sheets every couple of days. Very disgusted seeing all the stains on the mattress pad. Silverfish were found in the pots and pans so deep cleaning was questionable. Very disappointed. The lower level had an evaporative cooler that we tried to use, the unit leaked water and really showed how dirty the carpet was down there. I can upload videos otherwise we could show how noisy washer/ dryer run, the doors closing on their own due to slanted floor and shower head leaking."
"The house was fantastic. We enjoyed all the amazing amenities. Appreciated the incrediblekitchen. All the bedrooms were awesome and the listing was accurate. Would stay again. The property manager, Kimberly was great. We really had a blast!"
