5th time staying here. Great as always. Clean, tidy and well serviced. Used both bars which were excellent and the restaurant which, while it could do with a menu refresh, was perfectly adequate.

Nice hotel with friendly staff in a decent location for walking to surrounding tourist attractions. The breakfast buffet was also very good. The downsides were that our room was initially made up with dirty bedsheets, which the staff changed upon request, and the fact that the hotel room was essentially a studio unit. The bathroom is the entrance way and the shower and toilet had stall doors which did not fully separate those areas from the main room. I would not recommend this type of room for more than one person.

This is the first class property. You get what you pay for and the experience there is outstanding, and hey, there’s a Starbucks right across the street but you don’t even need to go there because they have an excellent coffee shop right in the lobby. Location is outstanding, you can walk to many of the neighborhoods, including Soho and of course you’re right in Mayfair. And the short walk-through Green Park over to Westminster Abbey. Other locations you can walk to including Piccadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square —it’s a great location and a fun walk.

Amazing stay, everyone and everything was exceptional. The hotel has a history of opulence and luxury, and it did not disappoint, and the staff are the real heartbeat of this iconic hotel. Looking forward to our next visit (looking at booking the same day we checked out). Thank you for looking after us.
