"The hotel is ok - nice palazzo - and staff nice, but the surrounding area is very dirty. It also includes streets with prostitutes, and feels somewhat unsafe. We had to switch rooms upon our arrival as the first room we were given looked quite bad- it clearly had not been renovated for numerous years."

The location of the hotel was perfect as it was close to the central Train Station, the Bus Terminal, and pick-up spots for our chosen tours. We only had breakfast there on three occasions, but the food and drink items were plentiful and very good."
