"Gorgeous 600 year old building right in the historic center. Great staff, gorgeous rooftop terrace with 360 degree views of Naple. Huge wooden door that closed at night for safety and for noise. Completely quiet even though it was a busy Friday night. Clean room and given a free drink in the lobby after 6:00. The elevator is very old and can only house two people at a time but still it great working condition. Would stay again. "

"We highly recommend this hotel due to the location, modernity and overall cleanliness of the premises. We recommend you book a room with a terrace (where we ate our meals). Marco, one of the front desk agents, is a standout professional. Among, other things, Marco helped us get oriented to Napoli, secured us last minute accommodation at the hotel for an extra night stay, and kindly, rapidly, assisted us when our taxi to the train station did not show up. "Clean room, high ceilings, walking distance to public transportation and tourists attractions. For the price I say it’s pretty great. All the receptionist was nice and helpful. "

"Staff was exceptional! Room was very comfortable and clean. The only thing that we didn’t realize when we booked is that when there’s a cruise ship docked there is absolutely no view, all you see is the side of a ship. However when there is not one docked, it is beautiful and very peaceful! We loved the location and felt very safe. "
"This is a real find in the heart of Naples. You are a short walk from the main train station, bus stops, the museums and Duomo. The staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. If your a solo female traveler like me, I especially recommend it as the gentlemen in charge will help you with your bags and help find you services you need and provide lots of helpful information as how to access all the sites!"
"Room was really clean, staff very friendly and easy to get to from the train station. Taxi and uber were easy to order and walking distance to tourist spots. "
"Staff was very helpful. The room was clean and large. The hotel encouraged many ways to be energy efficient and we appreciated that. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The location was perfect. Walkable to downtown, good restaurants, sites and the train stations. The rooftop terrace was a gem and we ended every evening there. We would go back."
"Located right across the train station and the subway station is nearby as well. It is safe in the area. Very good option to stay for visiting Naples. "
