The staff was lovely and went the extra mile by providing chocolates on Valentine's day. It was a perfect and unexpected gift. The only small issue was the speed of the lone elevator as it moved very slowly. We ended up carrying our luggage up the two flights of stairs to avoid the lengthy wait. We were well taken care of. "
