The property location is a bit hard to get to, in the back corner of an industrial estate and not walkable, but still relatively convenient for the town."

"The showmans carriage is a lovely place to stay. Negatives -There was some dust and cobwebs throughout. The kitchen is very basic and would be improved with a small air fryer (we brought our own) and the mattress dips in the middle. A blind on the kitchen is really needed.Positives - Overall though we had a lovely time, it's so peaceful and the log burner was great.Enjoyed some local walks and tried some of the nearby eateries"

"We found the Annexe to be very comfortable and well-appointed, with immediate essentials provided in the kitchen. The Annexe was conveniently located for our brief stay in the area, and we particularly enjoyed walking into Chichester alongside the canal which is very close by. Communication was great and we felt very welcome. Thank you."

"Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood to light a fire inside. No coal for barbecue outside. No outdoor ashtrays. There is no wooden sign at the entrance to the driveway from the main road with the home's name. Friends got lost finding the location. Communication with anyone administering this property is not the best. It would be great to have all instructions in writing. Seniors like ourselves are not that savvy with apps and emails. However, these are details and we would rent again."

"Excellent accommodation all round. The bed was firm, which we love, so that was good. Loads of kitchen stuff even in a small kitchen. Very close to pubs, shops and a couple of takeaways. Owner very helpful throughout. "
