This was in a great location with a lovely outdoor area and beautiful view of the ocean. Unfortunately, the mattress needs to be upgraded. It was very hard and uncomfortable.

There was adequate room for the 10 of us & in a good location. Very clean. The listing should read "2.5 baths", not 3. We probably would not have rented if this was known as we needed an extra shower. Kitchen supplies adequate but old. No working ice maker and needed a can opener. Partial window frosting in master bath. To improve its desirability, cut down weeks in front, mow lawn both front/back, paint the deck. The outside is not attractive at all. A stray cat was in backyard. Maybe add ceiling fans in bedrooms. Hosts were kind & communicative.
