Behind the hotel there's a great lake that you can go outside and be in nature if you like that sort of thing but the staff was put in mildly that the hospitality industry is dead when it comes to this place

The front desk staff was very friendly. You’re the bar next door had a really good drinks. The room wasn’t clean well when we got and we saw somebody’s leftover sock behind the bed and in the bathroom, the tub would take a while to drain

Place was clean, staff was friendly. Building showed a lot of damage like scratched up hallways from luggage carts and whatnot. Overall it was ok. The restaurant however was amazing. That got 5 stars.

Unfortunately, this hotel did not meet our expectations. The staff was kind, but didn't seem very engaged. The room had comfortable beds, but had a mildew-ish odor that just made it unpleasant. Everything was clean. There was a sign for a business center, but it turned out to be two computers in the lobby which was not conducive for a business zoom meeting that I had to participate in, so I left and went to a coffee shop. This hotel needs to be updated significantly.

Staff was courteous, the rooms were generally clean but you could see the wear from use. So it's not the most up to date. Staff were courteous and helpful. My biggest gripe was all rooms were very poorly lit and pretty dark for my liking as I was working remotely from my room I prefer well lit settings. I requested multiple times for a spare lamp or a desk lamp but none were provided

The hotel was ok needs a bit of TLC things looking tired. Ice machine wasn’t working one of the lifts was out of order. The room was tidy could do with up dating.The staff were great did their best to help when asked. There were loads of shops and places to eat near by within walking distance

We stay here frequently because we have friends that live nearby and it’s always a comfortable place to stay. The price is reasonable, good location and no charge for parking. Bed is comfortable but bathrooms could use some updating.
