Welcome to our furnished 1-bedroom apartment—it’s got a nice open layout with large windows that let in tons of natural light, a comfy living space, full kitchen, and a clean bathroom. There’s in-unit laundry, Wi-Fi, and all the essentials to make you feel right at home. Super easy spot to relax, work, or explore the city from.

The Space:
Our place is the perfect spot for a relaxed, comfortable stay. The open layout with large windows gives it a bright and airy feel.

You’ll find everything you need to settle in:
Living Area: Sofa, TV, and a desk if you need to get a bit of work done.
Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything from the microwave to the dishwasher, plus a dining table to enjoy meals.
Bedroom: A comfy queen bed to help you unwind after a long day.
Bathroom: Clean with basic toiletries and towels.
In-unit Laundry: Super convenient, no need to leave the apartment.
WiFi: Fast and steady for all your needs.

Please note: Located on the 3rd floor (it’s a walk-up, no elevator)

The location was fantastic. We were just a couple blocks from the Green and Pink line on Clinton. There was a code to get into the building so it felt safe. The code to the door was great because there was no key to worry about since I had to work and my hubby was in and out of the apartment all day. There were a couple small things, the bed squeaks a lot. Also, it is very clear in the listing that the train is close. It is about 30ft straight out from the window. I'm not a light sleeper so I had no issues sleeping and my hubby used the ear plugs so he was also fine.
