"The hotels beds were so hard. Pillows were awful. Room drapes had gaps and no way to fully get it dark. "

"Everything was great. Staff was lovely, location is great. Breakfast can’t be missed. I wish they had a mini-store for reasonably-priced late-night snacks/goodies. The 7-11 is a block away but you’ll pay $10 for a pint of ice cream and $5 for a soda. I had a clicking noise in my room that was annoying but luckily I was tired and fell asleep. "

"The room was nice only complaint was the shower, the water pressure was very low and the shower head wasn’t very adjustable, there was also some paint peeling in the tub. Other than that the room was great and the happy hour drinks were awesome! 4/5 I would stay again. "

"Rooms were huge!! Spacious and lovely. We had a 2 queens river view and it was perfect. Thoroughly enjoyed the provided robes and the window seat to people watch. Lobby is warm and welcoming, staff were all great and very friendly. Antonio is the best ambassador they have - he's legit! :) Highly recommend when you want a home away from home."

"Clean room. Had a great time. I knocked off a star because when booking it said breakfast was included however only if you are a gold/diamond Hilton member. When I shared that with the staff they shrugged it off dismissively. Overall great stay beyond that. "
