New host working out the kinks

Host was warm and welcoming at first. I think she wants to be a great host - and eventually will. However, she became very particular about her guest needing to clean up any little issue, quite negative about anything that was even very slightly out of order, and made the experience quite unpleasant. One big "no no" was to restrict use of the stove top burners that were listed as "amenities" on the listing page. Again, I think a lot of this had to do with being a brand new host and figuring out how to accommodate her guests so that they would want to stay in her home again. I think she will make the necessary changes and be a great host in the future!
