I don’t understand why they scanned my passport when I checked in. It an unusual practice for a hotel to keep copies of guests passports. It didn’t make me feel safe.

I give a full 5 stars due to various remarks as follow. The staffs are super friendly and helpful. The location is superb for shopping patrons, just few hundred meters away from main lobby. Varieties of Eatery places and restaurants available from Tullys cafe to ramen, beef steak, and fast food. Lots of drinking olaces too if you like to have a few pints of beer, liquors and snqcks after a busy day. Traveling by train is super convenient from Kaihim Makuhari stations and direct shittle bus to Narita and Haneda just in front of the train station.

Strategically placed property. Really convenient and a good choice for those looking to shop around the main Makuhari shopping area. Access to the JR East rail is very good too.

Good price for a good hotel. Was pretty clean and neat. Much better than the previous hotel I stayed at. I would come here again if I was in the area and needed an affordable place to stay. But there were small red bugs in the bathroom, so be mindful of that.

Very good value for money
The hotel is very well maintained and cleaned. The room is nice and clean too. Housekeeping is excellent. Convenient location Makuhari Mitsui Outlet Mall is across the street and 5 min walk to Kaihin Makuhari (Keiyo Line) station. The highway bus to Narita and Haneda airports stop inside the hotel in front of the hotel lobby. Very good value for money.

Great for long stay
The hotel is conveniently located near JR station The limousine bus service to/from Haneda/Narita also gives easy access. We had a family reunion and stayed there for a week with great satisfaction. All staff are friendly and helpful. Lots of food choices in and around the hotel. There is a beautiful Japanese garden within a walking distance.

The staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating. They would go out of their way to make my stay as pleasant as possible. They would help me with finding locations to a nearby attractions, and in choosing dinning experiences. This is a great hotel for a quick stay.

Great location for Tokyo Comic Con or Chiba Lotte Marines stadium. Very helpful staff. Room was a bit small, bed & pillow were hard (beds were very low which may or may not be an issue depending on your height).

The hotel is close to the train station and to Makuhari Messe, so location is convenient.. However it is an old, run-down building that has not been updated in years. No AC outlet or USB near the very low and hard beds. Large step up to the toilet. No coffee or snack service anywhere. No adjustment of room temperature or control over AC vs heater. The door completely lets sound in/out. Major renovations are badly needed.

Nice Hotel, Very Convenient
Nice hotel, great location. Lots of shopping with Mitsui Outlet Park across the street, 2 blocks away to the Kaihimakuhari JR station and local bus. Walking distance or catch the local bus to the large Aeon Mall and Costco. Airport limo bus stop in front of the hotel for only 1000 yen per person, one way.

The property was convenient as it was close to the station - however there was no a lot of room, thankfully we were only there to sleep. Also, a $30 charge for a 15 minute overseas call left a bitter taste as the cost would have been less than $5.

The bell boy was very helpful as well as the front desk staff. Close & convenient to the train station & malls. Had the best pillows by far than the other hotels we stayed at! More restaurant selections would be nice in the hotel. Overall was a pretty good experience!

Pleasant hotel in a good area.
Nice staff who spoke with lower level (doesn't matter...it is Japan). Room was sufficient after long flight. I would stay again since the area has buses from Narita airport. I believe the bus actually stops at this hotel!! Please check for yourself. Other hotel options at nearby lesser known train stations may be a better choice for you and your budget. As for this hotel's location of Kaihimmakuhari, it is indeed a good area.

Before I left for japan, I had called hotels.com to include my girlfriends name just in case she wanted to check-in because my was gonna arrive late. I was disappointed when we finally arrived at the hotel, THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE OR COULD NOT FIND MY RESERVATION even though I had all the confirmation number & everything. I even explained and to,d that front desk man about the name I added before I left Guam bound for Japan. I felt like I was being discriminated that he HAD TO GO I. THE BACK OF THE OFFICE TO ASK OTHER PEOPLE for my reservation. So this was DOUBLE THUMBS DOWN 👎👎

Adequate in a pinch
Thanks to Expedia we were able to recover from a reservation mixup at another hotel and find a room here. This hotel was expensive for mediocre quality, but any port in a storm. Expedia, if you want me to take the time to write a review, don't be so imperious about demanding how much I write!

The hotel is near the staion, but I felt it was overpriced for what they provide. Also, it said 10,350 when I booked, but I was charged 11,300 when I was about to print the receipt..
