"First night the room was near reception and was very noisy. We complained and were moved to probably the quietest room in the hotel. Thanks. Couldn't get an iron (only laundry service quick was closed for the night!). Breakfast was just about adequate. "

"We had a lovely welcome on arrival with some thai tea whilst we checked in. We stayed in one of the suites which was very clean, spacious and well decorated. The bathroom had a spa like feel and the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and soap) all contained in little pottery bottles were divine. We stayed for 4 nights and ate in the restaurant twice in the evening - for which there was a good choice of meals and not too expensive. "Ideal location only about 5 minutes walk to the Night Markets where the food choices are plentiful. Near centre of town. Staff were so nice and courteous. Added bonus was the complimentary snacks provided every day including sandwiches if quick enough. But the real bonus was the washing machines and driers which every seasoned traveller knows is a blessing 🙌 "

"I don't quite know where to start. The stay at this hotel was an absolute delight. From the moment we arrived till checking out, everything was incredible. This is a beautiful hotel, but the real superstar factor is every employee that works here. So helpful, attentive, friendly, consistently going above and beyond.
