"Very clean room with great view over Mekong River. Bed was comfortable and en-suite bathroom modern, clean and functional. Be careful of small step out of bathroom, especially at night when room is dark. Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was good for our needs."

"Overall very good experience. A few things to be aware though... Staff don't speak much English, so get a translator app on your phone (e.g. Google Translator with offline Thai language pack) before you travel. Restaurant closes at 9PM, but there is a great place called Come Moon with live music. Only 5 minutes walk, and it closes at midnight."

"Big hotel with us as only customer. Wifi got on then off often and has to be reconnected. Service was ok with no-english whatsoever."

"Location is great but the place is unfortunately poorly maintained. Rooms are ok but bathroom was dirty. Closet broken as well as rack for hanging towels. Pool has a spectacular view but extremely limited opening hours. Breakfast very basic. Be aware of mosquitoes, there are a lot!"

"The only down fall was the distance to this place, however it was worth it! My room was perfect, I was my first hot shower! Lol The people working are wonderful and very thoughtful. They helped me book a car for a full day of seeing the temples and flower festival - I had a wonderful time. And the food was AMAZING! It's my favorite stay so far! :)"
