"I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel I should share my experience. Unfortunately, this hotel was very basic and did not feel worth the price we paid. The rooms were a bit dated, and the swimming pool felt confined within four walls and wasn’t particularly inviting. There were also very few amenities available—no iron for guests and not even basic utensils that I could borrow to cut and eat some fruit. Overall, the hotel felt very bare-bones. After one night, I decided to check out early and book another hotel at a similar price point, and the difference in quality and overall experience was significant. This may work for travelers looking for a simple place to sleep, but it wasn’t the experience I expected for the rate charged."

"I stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was beautiful! Clean and well maintained. The staff were extraordinarily helpful and kind. The breakfast was a wonderful start each day - they did assist me in having a vegan option too. The pool looked lovely, but I didn’t use it. The rooms were comfortable. My first two nights had a balcony overlooking the pool and it was wonderful. The hotel is walking distance to the old city (be careful crossing the roads to get there). They have a free shuttle to the airport - just be sure to book in advance. Beds are comfortable, showers are fabulous. There is a small gym that I used the treadmill in. Free snacks in reception and your room, and free drinks in your room fridge, along with tea and coffee. Kettle, hairdryer in the room. Really recommend staying here!"

"This property was awesome. Staff was awesome which makes it top tier. Variety of protein in the morning for breakfast which was included. None of the amenities worked after a while, I stayed for a month but accommodations for the swimming pool were made. Close to the malls, very safe location. Walking distance to all markets, entertainment and food. Everything you need is right there, smoke shop, massages, food, motorbike rentals. 7 eleven of course 😂. The gym, shoe wear, pharmacies. Coffee shops. Everything is over there in walking distance so great location. You will not be disappointed staying here and I highly recommend. The cleanliness, housekeeping daily, laundry wash dry and fold and iron. Great service overall. The staff is very helpful with scheduling tours and transportation. This overall is a great place to be."
