"We stayed at this hotel 3 times using it as a base whilst travelling around Brazil. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was good and they had a spa; sauna & fitness centre (which we unfortunately didn’t go to). They were really lovely and upgraded us on our last visit. We plan to stay here when we come back in the future "

"Super bem localizado, o hotel está próximo das principais atrações do centro de Belo Horizonte. O apartamento é amplo, com pia de cozinha e frigobar, a cama bastante confortável. Apesar de um prédio mais antigo, as instalações são muito boas. Ficamos num quarto com bela vista para a cidade. O atendimento da equipe é excelente. O café da manhã é simples, mas de qualidade. O restaurante ao lado é uma excelente opção para refeições. Gostamos bastante "

"Friendly staff, great housekeeping, excellent location, pretty new so rooms are in great condition. Rooms are tiny for two people, no room service. It's more of an officetel than a hotel. Essential twin room was located in higher floors - luminous with a nice view, the extra room was located on the 2nd floor blocking any light even though with a balcony. Balcony had no view and was covered by high walls. The downgraded room was preferable in this case, with no balcony. Good hotel overall."

"Hotel is nice , the breakfast buffet and the restaurant are first class ! The staff is very nice ! The location is nice and safe , around great restaurants and shops! My only few negative are that the towels are very used and old, pillows feel cheap and uncomfortable , the bed mattress is kind hard and the bathroom needs a update ! "

"Clean room. Staff very nice! Food was good! Air Cond good. Area is a little busy and loud but you can walk to most areas"

"The hotel is really nice, and I would highly recommended it. The breakfast was a little disappointing because if you delayed a little the food wasn’t replaced and the fruits would be gone. I would recommend it anyway. "

"LOUSY TV CHANNEL ,MOSTLY RELIGION . SOME REGULAR LOCALS CHANNELS WORKS FOR 30 SEC THEN IS GONE ,VERY DISAPOINT WITH DAY .WE WERE UNABLE TO WATCH TV AT ALL RAINING EVENING .MISSSING SIDE LAMP OR TABLE .IT WAS ONLY ONE .STRANGE .THE TELEPHONE DIDNT WORK EITHER ."
