Great breakfast in restaurant, friendly, helpful and patient with me when practicing my very bad Portuguese. Well stocked fridge in room for when I was too lazy to go out to the shop. Ideally located, taxi rank round corner, supermarket, chemist and host of other shops and restaurants within walking distance. 5 mins drive from my friends house, by the end of my stay I was getting used to the scary hills. I will be back in 6 months to stay here again.

Excellent customer service!! I went with my family last week and stayed for about two weeks. Front desk Patrick and manager Joao are super helpful and friendly. They really welcome you! Breakfast is amazing imagine with live music and everything super delicious. Alan the restaurant manager is outstanding always come to our table to make sure everything is going well! The general manager Thiago is super nice and make sure everything is doing well! The amenities are amazing, pool and gym the view is beautiful!! Also a lot of restaurants and supermarkets around. Very safe area!! I recommend the hotel!!

It was a safe area but the room was not what I expected. The bed platform was dirty and broken. When I walked in the room there was some kind of oil/lubricant in one area of the room floor. The bathroom was clean. Would not stay there again

Great breakfast! Wish it was a little closer to bars/restaurants. Also there are a lot of hills around the hotel. If you tried to walk, it would be very tiring.

Amazing staff. I don’t speak Portuguese, but the desk and dining staff went out of their way to effectively communicate and serve. This hotel is really a great place to stay! The room was beautiful and super clean. The mattress and linens were sumptuous and very comfortable.

Gostei muito da equipe. No café da manhã, tinha café moído na hora e a Sra Ivanilde foi muito gentil em seu atendimento. O quarto era bom e estava limpo, bem equipado, mas não tinha espaço para abrir as malas e o chuveiro não era bom. Tem uma área com psicina, sauna e academia. O estacionamento é pago e não tem manobrista e é um pouco desafiador ir e vir.

Equipe de funcionários extremamente atenciosos e prestativos. Check-in só não foi mais rápido devido a falha na geração da reserva pela expedia. Mas, felizmente, situação foi contornada rapidamente na recepção. Quarto e banheiro espaçosos. Café da manhã de qualidade. Estacionamento anexo. Sem intercorrências. Excelente estadia

Estive com minha família na primeira semana de férias de julho/2025. A recepção foi rápida, nosso quarto estava indicado através de cartões que dão acesso ao elevador e demais áreas. O estacionamento custa R$ 36 a diária. O quarto tinha uma cama de casal enorme e mais uma de solteiro. A cortina blackout é muito boa, deixa o ambiente bem escuro para um sono confortável. A TV é Smart e tem canais abertos e fechados e a internet é super rápida. Todos os dias recebemos três latinhas de água mineral por conta do hotel e o frigobar estava abastecido. Toalhas grandes e macias e um kit de xampu, condicionador e sabonete líquido desses que já ficam no suporte de parede. Ducha ótima com boa pressão e aquecimento da água bem rápido. Sugestão de melhoria: travesseiros de melhor qualidade. Embora todos estivessem bem limpos e roupa de cama nova, senti que poderiam investir um pouquinho mais, mas isso não muda minha boa impressão. O café da manhã é o grande diferencial, sem dúvidas a experiência de ter o café com grãos especiais moído na hora e bem apresentado pelo Fernando foi um mimo. Também tive contato no café com a Sofia que é bastante atenciosa e o Igor que foi super carinhoso com nossa família todos os dias. As tapiocas e omelete são feitas na hora, os sucos e bolos são muito bem feitos (que bolo de cenoura maravilhoso!) Pão de queijo? Sempre quentinho, casquinha fina por fora e macio por dentro. Além disso, variedade de frutas, pães e diversos itens da culinária mineira. 10/10

Definitivamente nós recomendamos esse hotel. Ele fica super bem localizado, próximo de vários pontos turísticos de BH. Além disso os funcionários são super atenciosos e prestativos. Todos sempre com um sorriso no rosto. O quarto é bem completo e a limpeza também é excelente. Quanto a refeição , o café da manhã é super completo, com uma imensa variedade de produtos. A refeição também é impecável. Estão todos de parabéns !
