Infelizmente, este hotel não oferece ferro de passar e nem taboa. Muita inconveniência pq as vezes eu precisava apenas para desamassar um blusa aqui e ali, e não tinha…o hotel oferece serviços de lavanderia. Ou seja, ou eu pago ou eu saio amarrotado. Infelizmente, apenas em Belo Horizonte que eu enfrentei este tipo de serviço. Hotel não aceita o hospede a receber uma visita breve. Fui informado que se meu amigo subisse para assinar um documento, eu seria cobrado uma taxa extra. Academia precisa ter ar condicionado pq no meio do verão, impossível de malhar na academia quente que o hotel oferece :-( Fora estas questões acima, hotel bem localizado.

Great place, but they charge me a extra 100 reais for parking per night , as I was paying already 640,00 for the room, too much, so be careful people they will charge you for parking,
