"We were pleasantly surprised once we stepped into our room. The view was gorgeous, the room was very clean and the products they offered were of very good taste and quality. The property had different levels and they had open spaces. It was more intimate because of its size and that was perfect for us. They also had kayaks and hammocks for guests to use so that amazing. We would definitely stay there again when visiting Bacalar!"
