It’s a newly opened property, so they’re still adding a few finishing touches, but overall it was an amazing place to stay right in the city and on the lagoon. Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shopping. We had a car but ended up walking most of the time, and street parking was easy. We stayed in the upstairs lagoon-view room. "We had an amazing experience and the property manager is hands down the best. The location is off the beaten path, but we loved it! The private lagoon is a short walk down the hill and so amazing. Such a peaceful and beautiful area, definitely a must go if you’re wanting some time away from the city. "

"Bacalar es un pueblo pequeño por lo tanto todo es acesible, el hotel esta ligeramente alejado lo que le da un poco de tranquilidad. Instalaciones nuevas, cama comfortable y cocina disponible para salir del paso. No he probado la piscina pero el rooftop es muy agradable para relajarse. Lo que mas descata es el personal. De recepcion tanto como limpieza son muy amables y serviciales, un placer recibir un trato asi."
