"Central A/C was good. Windows could be opened a little which can be nice. As others have noted, the sliding barn doors on the bathroom have large gaps and can be awkward if sharing the room with someone you are not super close with. No exhaust fan either. Room size is nice and well decorated, furniture in good condition. Good location and felt safe. Really nice staff. Good lobby. "

"I was originally a little concerned after seeing some bad reviews, however, I had nothing but a great experience at the Arcadian Hotel. We stayed at the Arcadian for our trip to Fenway Park. It was in a great location. Fenway Park was about a mile (20 minute) walk from the hotel. The T line was right across the street, which could take you to Fenway, but also anywhere else in the city. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were very clean. We didn’t have any issues with the temperature control of our room, which I saw a lot of reviews about. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we were out of something, we called down to the front desk and someone brought it to our room shortly after we called. We also made a mistake when checking out and paying for parking and we ended up getting charged twice. I called when I got home from our trip and spoke to someone. The next day we received a call saying that the issue was fixed and the second charge was taken off our card. I appreciated the staff being so helpful, even when it was clearly our mistake. The only downside of the hotel is the $30 daily fee for the hotel breakfast, which consists of bagels and pastries. I don’t think it amounts to the $30 charge, but I wouldn’t say that would be a deterrent from staying at the hotel. Overall, we had a great experience at the Arcadian. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I personally would stay there again."

"The hotel check-in process was easy and great. Braian and Marlisse were great. They answered my questions and even gave me local suggestions. The room tablet was a great addition to the comfortable room and bed, you can order food off the tablet without speaking to anyone also. The bathrooms are great and give an old and classic bathroom feel and they’re very big. The lights in the room are a bit confusing to figure out, other than that great stay. I hope to come back one day. Marlisse was a great!"
