"The room was small but cozy, just right for a single. The television was disappointing, as there seemed to be only one movie channel with old B movies. The staff were very pleasanr and helpful. The breakfast was very good with a large variety of choices. The location is excellent for exploring the city center or shopping, very near the East Gate in the city walls."

"We had a lovely stay for our wedding anniversary. The Mill is excellently placed for the City centre, 5 minutes walk & you're in the shopping area. The staff were all friendly. The room was clean and tidy. The robes that we paid extra for were not used as they were not soft, but rather hard and well washed. The towels however were great. The bed was a bit soft for our liking. The room was very warm and we couldn't find a thermostat to lower the temperature. Breakfast was great, plenty of selections. Overall a very pleasant stay and would visit again."

"Great location - stayed before but this time tried the breakfast - fantastic value for money good quality ingredients well presented . Only downside this time was the bed (room 23) - very uncomfortable - thin hard and lumpy - which meant a poor night sleep which was a shame as bed last time was great !"

"Stayed in room 53. Located at the top of the manor and a short walk from the front desk, very nice room. Large bathroom with walj in shower and bath. This is a very hot room, I had to plug a dab in to keep cool."
