"The breakfast was hot and varied, with fresh muffins! The room was pleasant and clean. However almost no kleenix left and no back up. I liked the lobby with displays of a stuffed wolf and grizzley. Beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly. I would stay there again!"

"Maybe because one side of the hotel is being remodeled, the south tower was seriously neglected, but services could definitely use some improvement. We went three days without getting our room serviced—no towels, trash not thrown out; and the other days we had to ask to have our towels changed…which she just handed over. Not one single day did the room get cleaned. The back door that provides access to the parking worked 8/10 times. Making you walk around to the front entrance of the hotel…unfortunately for us, it’s -15 degrees. The hotel does have a pretty good restaurant. The front desk staff was good."

"Airport shuttle was quick and friendly, staff was helpful except for bringing towels when needed. Also cleaning for a weeks worth of booking time we got two room cleaning. Staff was helpful with local moose and aurora sightings. Room had a few hairs in tub and toilet. Lamp had a mind of its own it would not stay on or off coming on at different times by itself. The maintenance man did come in and fix the heating problem. It would not turn up or down on the thermostat also. The blackout shades did not work and they could not get them working had two sets of automatic shades. The one you needed from the sun did not work so it was pretty bright in the room all the time. The breakfast for the most part was good. It was different on each day with the main items pancakes waffles French toast, bacon sausage. The main problem were the people staying in the hotel one family will let their kids run up and down the halls about 11 to midnight at night. You could hear people walking upstairs on the third floor and sounded like they’re coming through the ceiling. We called the office twice. They did send a person down to tell them, but the person really didn’t listen to them. We also had people next to us. That would laugh loud and you could hear a lot. It didn’t have good insulation between the rooms. The beds were good. The pillows were not."
