"This is a beautifully furnished, elegant hotel in the centre of Cheltenham. It’s in a quiet part of the town and with easy walking to Montpellier. The rooms are spacious, beautifully decorated with high quality tea, coffee-making machines. A fridge with a bottle of water is a thoughtful addition, the toiletries are Occitane, and the towel are of good quality cotton. The room had air conditioning which was essential during a heat wave. There is parking but it is charged per night. There is a lovely bar and a nice restaurant (French themed) as well as an external courtyard; these provide various options for food and drink. The receptionists are friendly and helpful."

"The property was very short staffed. drinks and other things were left all over the facility making it feel dirty and not well maintained. Was most difficult to get a drink or service while at the beautiful outdoor pool. The grounds are important to taking in. Staff was a bit difficult and rude about having my grandchildren visit during the day but sort of this one of the managers."

"Lovely stay, great rooms and facilities, excellent breakfast and location super close to town centre. Only thing I found strange was no way to charge your phone with a cable, unless you brought your own plug to fit the cable in (so I had to plug it into the back of the television). And the wall radiator in the bathroom was roasting hot so when I got out the shower I got burnt by it. No way to turn it off and we've had a heat wave in the UK"

"Our second trip to lords of the manor and the Atrium - it does not disappoint The staff are so friendly and helpful, bedrooms are well equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows Our room had a recently refurbished bathroom which was beautiful and the room was lovely and cool which was a relief! If you like good food, the atrium is just the best. That Michelin star must be on its way! The food is a delight and the wine pairing is perfect"
