The Colesbourne Inn

"The Colesbourne Inn was a gem of a place. When we booked it on a third party website, we still weren't sure what we would encounter. We were pleasantly surprised. My wife wanted an inn with an English countryside feel. It hit the nail on the head. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The room was in the "cottage" and was very clean. The bathroom was larger than expected. We had dinner their one of the nights and the food was excellent. I had the crusted chicken on a ceasar salad and my wife had the quiche with potatoes. The gal who worker breakfast was outstanding. She took care of all the tables without any help. She was doing the work of more than 2 people. She always had a smile on her face and was humming pleasantly. Thank you for the stay. We will be back."

"Not 100% clean but clean enough I guess. Continental breakfast was not superb but it's okay. Checking in and out was very easy. Amenities were perfect for me. WiFi , smart TV, bath tub..etc"

"Outstanding staff with great personalities throughout the hotel. Willing to help and made our stay extremely enjoyable. Collectively, probably the best hotel staff I have had the pleasure to meet. The hotel was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities you could need. Had a lovely swim and used the steam room, that was enjoyable. Enjoyed our 2 course meal and after dinner drinks. The only downside is the continuation of the franchise to charge for parking. The room was well presented, clean and comfortable. Have stayed in its sister hotel in Wolvercote and this was the reason I booked for our group of 4, as that was a great experience also. I recommend both hotels and woukd definitely stay again."

"Our second trip to lords of the manor and the Atrium - it does not disappoint The staff are so friendly and helpful, bedrooms are well equipped with comfortable mattresses and pillows Our room had a recently refurbished bathroom which was beautiful and the room was lovely and cool which was a relief! If you like good food, the atrium is just the best. That Michelin star must be on its way! The food is a delight and the wine pairing is perfect"
