This hotel makes you feel part of their family, staff are all so friendly and will help you with anything you need. It’s in a great location, just outside of the Chaweng Main Street but close enough to walk to that area if you want to do some shopping or eat any of the restaurants there. The only negative feedback is the food. I would like to see a better breakfast buffet, add in some hot food such as pancakes, sausages, bacon etc. The Thai food is very average and would love to see more...

6 Star hotel!!! Friendly, polite & helpful staff. Mike was great, every recommendation he made for restaurants was amazing. The rooms were beautiful & clean. Amazing view from our room. Free bottles of water provided daily (x6). Our stay included breakfast which was buffet + order from the menu. Dinner at the hotel was amazing! One of the best Tom yum soups we've ever had! Absolutely faultless experience, the staff are warm and attentive, the customer service is world class. The location and facilities are amazing. The spa is exceptional and we even did a wine tasting session with Thai wines which was great. There is nothing to fault, we had 5 nights here and it is the best hotel in Thailand I've stayed in. Would definitely recommend it, it is superb. We will absolutely be back!!

Ammatara Pura is a quiet boutique hotel with beautiful, clean beach frontage. There are only 18 rooms (huge), all with a private pool. Perfect for couples and particularly honeymooners. Perhaps a little quiet for families with kids looking for other kids to play with. The shops and restaurants are only a 5 minute walk away and there sre 2 restaurants right on the beach next door. The resort is simply stunning and ideally located a short stroll to the main shopping strip at Chaweng Beach. We stayed in a pool villa, which was worth the extra money as it was beautifully furnished, spacious with plenty of storage, private and a beautiful bathroom including a second outdoor shower.
